In order to produce this quality, appropriate production facilities, processes and systems are required, but also interested and committed employees. Every single Wemas employee does his or her best to produce high-quality products.
In addition to our internal quality controls and product tests, we also have our products certified externally for your particular application. Depending on the product group, these certifications are issued by the responsible certification bodies. In the field of passive traffic engineering, this is the Federal Highway Research Institute (bast), which confirms the conformity of our products with the applicable guidelines in the course of certification. Our portfolio also includes products that are certified by TÜV and regularly tested for safety in use (GS-tested safety).
WEMAS hat sich ehrgeizige Ziele zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz und damit zum Klimaschutz gesetzt. Bereits seit vielen Jahren überwachen wir unseren Energieverbrauch und haben dies in 2020 mit der Einführung eines Energiemanagementsystems nach ISO 50001 weiter professionalisiert. Dieses wird in jährlich stattfindenden Energieaudits durch eine Zertifizierungsstelle geprüft. Damit möchten wir die Energieflüsse und Prozesse im Unternehmen genau erfassen, analysieren und den Energieverbrauch langfristig reduzieren.
