On January 28 and 29, 2026, the annual construction equipment event “Meet & Connect”, organized by the Einkaufsbüro Deutscher Eisenhändler (E/D/E Group), took place. Around 100 partners from industry and trade came together to exchange views on product innovations, current market trends, and perspectives for the year 2026 in an open and informal setting.

Representing our company, Maximilian Dörr (Deputy Head of Inside Sales) and René Riefenberg (Regional Sales Manager Northwest) attended the event. Both the networking evening prior to the event and the official event day itself offered ample opportunities for personal discussions and professional exchange.

A special highlight this year was the presence of former professional football players Mario Basler and Erik Meijer. In addition to sharing insights from their football careers, they provided inspiring perspectives relevant to the industry. A central message was the courage to follow one’s own path – even if it lies outside the mainstream – supported by clear goals, passion, and determination.
