On February 18 and 19, 2026, our field sales colleagues came together in Gütersloh for a joint Regional Sales Managers’ Meeting. The aim of the meeting was to engage in intensive discussions about experiences from daily sales activities and, together with the management team, to align on the strategic direction and key sales priorities.

In addition to professional discussions and valuable input, personal exchange also played an important role. After the first day of meetings, the group travelled together to Peckeloh to support our colleague Vittorio Lombardi, who was on the sidelines that evening as head coach of SC Peckeloh.

In front of around 800 paying spectators, SC Peckeloh faced Sportfreunde Lotte from the Regionalliga in the Westphalia Cup quarter-final. The intense and exciting match demonstrated commitment, cohesion and genuine team spirit – both on and off the pitch.
